Purchases made directly from Allur Products via theallur.com may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund, provided the product is brand new, unused, and unopened, with the original outer plastic seal fully intact.
Opened products may be returned within 60 days of receipt for a refund in the form of a website credit, which never expires. Products that have been opened and used, and that do not have any quality or functionality issues, are not eligible for a full refund.
Website credits are issued for the product price only and do not include the cost of shipping.

If a gift card is used for a purchase, any approved refund will be issued in the form of a gift card.
